The location is unbeatable, the staff is fairly friendly and friendly. The airport is 16 miles away, easy to get to. The studio suite overlooks garden and includes an electric kettle, a fridge, and kitchenware. The bed is exceptionally comfortable.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The daily room cleaning service was top-notch, leaving us feeling like royalty. The abundance of lush greenery and breathtaking sea view was simply mind-blowing. The breakfast at the nearby building was incredibly diverse and reasonably priced, catering even to my vegetarian diet. The flexible check-in and check-out hours were a great convenience. The location was perfect, offering quick access to the highway and just a short drive away from the vibrant city of Chania. The proximity to charming local beaches made our stay even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the typical continental breakfast options and the owner's friendly and accommodating attitude. The quiet and accessible location added to the overall appeal of the stay. The sea view from our accommodation was jaw-dropping, and the studio provided all the necessary amenities for cooking. The daily cleanliness maintained by the cleaning lady was impressive, and we even received a replenishment of coffee and tea. Additionally, the availability of free Wi-Fi in public areas, free parking, an electric kettle, cookware and kitchen utensils, pet-friendly accommodations.

The price was great and we enjoyed the charming out-of-the-way location. the first-floor apartment had a spacious balcony that was perfect for drying clothes and sunbathing. the apartment itself was basic but adequate for a week's holiday. Access to the gravel carpark was easy via a short one-track road. the location of the apartment made it convenient to reach main roads and explore the surrounding area quickly. We didn't have time to try the 4 Euro breakfast or the pool at the main hotel, but they looked promising.
Felt right at home with no complaints at all.

The location of the hotel was quiet and away from the crowds, which was a relief after a long day of work. It was convenient to have parking available right at the door, as I had a rental car and didn't have to worry about finding a spot.-The quick response from the owners was appreciated, they were always available to answer any questions.
There was no hot water during my entire stay, which was quite inconvenient. Despite contacting the owner multiple times, the issue was not resolved.

We had a great stay at Gregory Village Sea View. the continental breakfast had a good variety and as a vegetarian, I had no trouble finding delicious options. the owner was friendly and ensured our requests were met. the location was quiet and had easy access to attractions in the village. It was the perfect base for exploring the west side of Crete, with beautiful views and everything within a 5-10 minute drive. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

I keep coming back to this place for my stay because of the kind staff. They helped my old parents and I will always remember that. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, parking, electric kettle, and non-smoking rooms. Coming back for Easter!

Stayed at a place with "sea view" but couldn't actually see the sea. The "free WiFi" was as fast as a turtle and the garden was more like a jungle. A memorable experience, to say the least.
Who needs to see the sea when you can have an obstructed "sea view" and slow WiFi? The jungle garden was just an added bonus.

With a breathtaking view of the sea, our romantic escape was made even more special. the room was clean and the WiFi signal was strong, allowing us to stay connected. the well-equipped kitchen was a bonus, giving us the option to prepare our own meals and enjoy them while gazing at the beautiful scenery. the location was convenient, being close to Chania and the beach.
The bathroom was quite small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to use. the description mentioned that breakfast was included, but we were informed at the last minute that it was not available and had to search for food elsewhere.
